• Provide us with the details of your motor vehicle accident via
phone or website and our specialists will assist you
• After approval, we will coordinate the delivery of a like-for-like
or comparable vehicle at the time and place of your preference
• We monitor the repair of your motor vehicle, and once it is
ready to be collected, we will organise for the car swap
• We then invoice the replacement vehicle charges to the
At-Fault driver's insurer, so that you are not left out of
pocket
